Technical Lead, Distributed Energy Resources

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead our efforts in distributed energy resources technical integration. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support a power system with high levels of DER.

The successful candidate will lead engineering and analysis teams to define technical requirements for DER, collaborate with industry stakeholders to develop solutions, and drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, they will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop company positions on technical requirements and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for executives, boards, and external stakeholders.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects, and effective communication skills across diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science/Maths (with a power system focus), or equivalent relevant discipline or work experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects in distributed energy
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and summarise complex data and insights
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) across diverse audiences and stakeholders
