Overview of the Role

This position is available to all applicants and is located within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network.

We are seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, staff members, and visitors.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Administration Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front-line services.

  • Providing prompt assistance and a warm welcome to clients, staff members, and visitors
  • Handling inquiries at the switchboard and providing information

This is a casual position, working on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Hours

You will also require basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
