Job Title

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef to join our team at the Roslyn Packer Theatre in Sydney. As a permanent member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing dishes for our Mediterranean-inspired seasonal menu.

About the Role

  • Prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance according to recipes.
  • Supervise and train other kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality.
  • Assist in preparing dishes for a variety of functions and events at the venue.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in fast-paced a la carte service and high-volume event catering.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion and open-mindedness towards learning new skills in the kitchen.
