  • Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact and ensuring timely follow-up on sales or client requests.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering sales results and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles.
  • A strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
  • Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
  • Other language skills are advantageous.

Performance Metrics

  • Individual sales performance and KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).
  • Service standards (Guest Experience, Net promoter score).
  • New client acquisition (conversion and retention).
  • Number of appointments held monthly.
