About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets while providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with colleagues to create a unique store environment, and promoting the brand through visual merchandising skills and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Meet Sales Targets:
  • Deliver outstanding sales performance by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in customers' needs, preferences, and concerns, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Collaborate with Colleagues:
  • Work closely with the retail team to develop and implement visual merchandising displays that showcase our products in an appealing and engaging way.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication among colleagues.

Requirements
