Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the required standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly.
- Safety and Risk Management: Develop and implement safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed of project progress.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of construction professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues promptly.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
