Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team in Adelaide CBD. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments, issuing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and billing standards.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for senior management.
- Resolve client billing issues and verify discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
- Current clearance and a valid Australian driver's licence (P2 or above).
