As a Facilities Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every area is spotless and functional, creating a positive experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and physically demanding position that requires individuals who are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, which may include sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays and team room, emptying bins, and collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.

You will also have the opportunity to work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs and help our customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess an ambitious mindset and a love of retail. Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks, and you must be able to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.

You will also need to be flexible and able to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks. Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm is required.

A good eye for cleanliness and small details is also essential for this role.
