Key Responsibilities- Provide expert contemporary clinical advice and leadership in acute general surgical nursing, promoting a culture of excellence and quality improvement.
- Support and promote an environment that fosters teaching, research, and risk mitigation activities within an acute surgical nursing environment.
- Coordinate the care provided to patients according to individual needs and in line with legal requirements.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Has, or is working towards, a relevant postgraduate qualification.
