Succession Partners, a national and well-established insurance broking firm, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to provide exceptional risk management solutions and personalized service to their clients.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Account Executive to support a large SME and Corporate book of business.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced Branch Manager to cultivate and manage client relationships, understand their unique insurance requirements, and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Genuine flexibility – Part time or Full time arrangements are available.
  • Hybrid working arrangement to balance office and remote work.
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives to recognize outstanding achievements.

Requirements

  • Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking or related field.
  • Proven experience in broking, preferably with SME/Corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of general insurance products, including property and casualty, liability, and commercial lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
