Storage Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our main warehouse in Prospect, NSW. This key role will play a significant part in shaping the future of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities for efficient and smooth operations across the distribution process
- Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
- Lead and manage a team to maintain productivity, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Inventory Control Role, preferably in retail or wholesale
- Strong people management skills and experience leading and motivating a team
- Hands-on skills, including knowledge of warehousing efficiencies and best practices
- Solid technical skills with the ability to forward plan for project work
- Cultural fit to the organization and ability to delegate work and collaborate with existing teams
