Key Responsibilities

As a Stores Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the GBADR Supply Chain, including customer accounts and coordinating storage and movements of managed systems.

You will provide an interface to Sub-Contractor and Suppliers logistic support teams, liaising with logistic support Suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met.

Additionally, you will update and manage holdings within IFS, manage stores demands and receipts, and ensure PHS&T requirements are adhered to.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience and qualifications in:

  • Stores and warehousing operations.
  • High Risk Licence (Forklift).
  • Import and export regulatory requirements.
  • Computer skills and ERP software tools.
  • Milis software (desirable).
