Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined processes within the internal consultancy model.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining robust processes from project scoping to delivery, coordination, and reporting of the model via a PowerBI dashboard.

You will also provide support to discrete consultancy projects where needed, including supporting project governance processes, setting up online surveys, or scheduling interviews.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires full working rights in Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing professional executive services at a senior level in a complex environment.

You will possess advanced knowledge of digital tools such as REDCap (online survey tool) and Power BI to support the efficient delivery of project operations and reporting.

In addition, you will have advanced oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to foster a collaborative approach and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes within the internal consultancy model
  • Maintain robust processes from project scoping to delivery, coordination, and reporting of the model via a PowerBI dashboard
  • Provide support to discrete consultancy projects where needed, including supporting project governance processes, setting up online surveys, or scheduling interviews
  • Support effective document management, ensuring secure storage, compliance with relevant policies, and efficient retrieval of electronic and paper records

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of professional executive services at a senior level in a complex environment
  • Proven expertise in completing tasks to deadline with limited supervision, close attention to detail, personal accountability, and ability to act on constructive feedback
  • Advanced knowledge of digital tools such as REDCap (online survey tool) and Power BI to support the efficient delivery of project operations and reporting
  • Advanced oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to foster a collaborative approach and maintain strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
