Job Title

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced independent board director to contribute to governance, strategic direction, and management of the organisation.

The Board comprises representatives from member funds and three independent board members, including the Chair.

  • A strong technological and financial acumen, credibility, and relevant qualifications (high-level ongoing ICT professional development and/or CA/CPA preferred) is sought.
  • Senior finance and technology professionals with a robust background in finance and governance and exposure to a comparably diverse and complex technology business, ideally within a highly regulated industry are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will demonstrate high-level leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills and have board experience, with GAICD status being desirable. The appointee will be attractively remunerated.

Key Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
  • To manage the organisation's financial affairs effectively.
  • To bring significant technological expertise to the Board.
Requirements
