Support Role for Debt Markets Trading Intermediary

A career opportunity has arisen at a leading debt markets trading intermediary focused on Fixed Income and Money Market dealing for Institutional and Semi-Government clients.

This support position will work closely with the CEO and dealing team to ensure the professional delivery of our client's money market and fixed income dealing services. Through broad exposure to a number of areas within the business, this individual will be in a unique position to be able to step in wherever they are required.

About the Job
  • Maintain accurate records including compliance information such as AML.
  • New client setup and data management.
  • Generate reports from Salesforce and analyse key performance indicators.
  • Provide basic office management support.
  • Assist the CEO in managing and running the business.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights.
  • Coordinate client meetings and trade shows.
  • Analyse sales pipeline and identify target markets.
  • Monitor sales results and update CRM database.
  • Create sales support materials.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in economics, commerce, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Suitable candidate would have some form of previous work experience.
Competitive Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and able to work well under pressure. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
