The Role

We are seeking a professional Bus Operator to join our team. As a Bus Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and providing exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving our buses along designated routes;
  • Providing a friendly and professional service to our passengers;
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers at all times;
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections on your allocated bus;
  • Reporting any bus defects or on-road issues to our Operations Control Centre;
  • Working a variety of shifts across a 5-day roster.

What You Need

To ensure your ongoing success as a Bus Operator, you will require:

  • A MR/HR/HC licence;
  • A high level of customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base;
  • A safe driving record;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts;
  • A strong focus on safety;
  • Passing a pre-employment medical, police, and working with children check.
