About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of our clients' SEM accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the strategic direction, planning, and implementation of client SEM accounts
  • Apply a strong knowledge of SEM and emerging practices, as well as new ideas within the field
  • Present and articulate approach, ideas, and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team
  • Ensure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to target
  • Manage and oversee the development of a Senior SEM Executive and an offshore resource, including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing, and optimisations
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience with end-to-end paid search/SEM expertise
  • Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360
  • Experience managing team members and effective leadership skills
  • Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients through comprehensive strategies and innovative approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong client servicing and account management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
