**About the Role**:
As a Paid Media Manager within our client's innovative digital team, you will be a key player in implementing and optimizing search advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role will encompass campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting, along with serving as a technical liaison between account managers, clients, and creative agencies. Effective communication and a knack for managing both internal and external client expectations will be pivotal to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Pre-launch brief and strategy discussions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Account creation and setup for search campaigns.
- Ongoing optimization and strategic feedback.
- Ensure campaign targets are met, focusing on CPA and ROAS.
- Deliver detailed client and internal reports for operational and invoicing purposes.
- Provide training and development support.
- Display proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Showcase your internet savvy and passionate approach.
- Demonstrate meticulous organization with a keen eye for detail.
- Accurately handle numerical data and juggle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit excellent administrative, communication, and time management skills.
- Command a good grasp of both written and verbal English.
- Leverage your 3-5 years of digital and campaign management experience.

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:
- Experience in running, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns (SA360, Bing Search campaigns advantageous).
- Knowledgeable in implementing and managing Re-marketing and Shopping campaigns (advantageous).
- Proficiency in setting up and testing tracking requirements for online campaigns.
- Acquaintance with PPC Search best practices and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Display (GDN, Youtube, Smart Display) campaigns.
- Experience with GMP Stack (particularly SA360), Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, and Criteo.
- Background in running eCommerce/Retail campaigns.
- Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing Landscape.
