Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team, working closely with the leadership group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of critical growth initiatives, including:

  • integration of tech platforms;
  • delivery of digital products and features; and
  • integration of business operations.

This is a unique opportunity to drive delivery excellence across product innovation projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive delivery of concurrent Growth projects, ensuring effective project governance and delivery against strict deadlines
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource requirements
  • Track and report on engineering team velocity, productivity metrics and delivery KPIs
  • Manage sprint planning and execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks to optimise team performance
  • Track project progress, deliverables and milestones across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between business owners and project teams
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk registers and issue logs
  • Support business owners in achieving project outcomes through effective project management practices
  • Ensure stakeholder visibility through regular reporting and updates
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers and dependencies in a timely manner
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear action items and follow-ups
  • Drive project administration including scheduling, agenda setting and meeting minutes
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience managing complex project delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with agile delivery methods and engineering team metrics
  • Track record of improving team velocity and delivery efficiency
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and organisational stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones
