Area Manager

This is a challenging leadership role that requires an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality services to customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders. They will also have experience in managing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality and customer goals.
Key responsibilities include inspiring and guiding the team, ensuring the commitment and alignment of all team members to enhancing the lives of people we support, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, managing day-to-day service delivery, and using data-driven insights to identify areas for growth.
Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience, minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within NDIS-era disability sector, and possession of sound judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within complex people-oriented environments.
