Ideally based out of our Toowoomba office and working 2 days a week (or 4 half days), we're seeking a Data Entry Coordinator on contract for approximately 12 months.
This role involves preparing reports and reporting templates for our Nutritionists in preparation for site visits and entering performance data post-visit.
You'll be responsible for:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Generating client reports.
- Working with clients to follow up on missing or outstanding data.
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties, including drafting communications, organizing files, and data cleansing.
We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and SAP, as well as excellent time management and communication skills.
