This pivotal leadership role combines clinical nursing, care coordination, and relationship management to support elderly, frail, and disabled clients with person-centred, high-quality care.
This key position requires a compassionate and motivated RN who will deliver exceptional in-home care across the Northern Rivers region. The ideal candidate will have:
- Expertise in conducting clinical assessments and developing tailored care plans
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, WHS, and quality standards
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to use clinical and scheduling software (VisualCare or similar)
