Solutions Engineer

As a key player in driving digital transformation in higher education, you will be responsible for shaping the future of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise-wide digital solutions that align technological initiatives with our institution's vision.
  • Establish technical direction, influence policy, and ensure seamless integration across all faculties and directorates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive business success.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, faculties, and business units to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions that align with business objectives.

What We Offer:
  • Total remuneration valued at $138,111 - $154,383 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on commencement date.
  • Access to flexible work arrangements, study leave, and a range of leave provisions plus salary packaging.
