Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately within required time frames.
  • Receive goods according to company policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records for all inventory movements.
  • Manage stock movements and report any discrepancies that arise.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc stocktakes and report on material discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
  • Organize stock storage in designated bin locations.
  • Complete and maintain delivery notes, run sheets, and manifests on the computer.
  • Deliver and pick up stock from various customers and/or suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently with a can-do attitude.
  • Dedicated work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in all aspects of warehouse duties.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Understanding of WHS practices.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office programs, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
