As a leader in retail management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), customer engagement, and team member coaching and development.

The Role:

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing team of passionate casuals, supported by your Assistant Manager.
  • Collaborate with your Area Manager to identify areas for improvement and growth in your store and team.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to excel in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Closely monitor store sales, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
  • Ensure efficient occupational health and safety management, adhering to state and national legislation.

About You:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a motivated and driven individual, with a passion for leading and inspiring teams.
  • You possess strategic thinking and a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
  • You have operational excellence, including experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • You have effective roster management and wage control experience.
