Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Legal Support Professional to join a leading law firm in Sydney.

About the Role:

This role offers variety, exposure to both transactional and litigation practices, and the chance to develop your career in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings with professionalism
  • Handle client enquiries and phone calls with excellent communication skills
  • Draft documents, type from dictation, and format in Microsoft Word
  • Coordinate billing, archiving, and file management with efficiency
  • Support lawyers across multiple practice areas with accuracy and attention to detail

About You:

  • A legal support professional with at least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Be highly organized and proactive, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Have an excellent communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Confident and proficient in Microsoft Word, including document formatting
  • Open to law students who are available for full-time work
