  • Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery—from inception through commissioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors).
  • Report regularly on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.

  • End-to-End Project Delivery:
  1. From inception through commissioning, take full accountability for all aspects of project delivery.
">Project Team Management:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and timely completion.
">Scheduling and Cost Control:
  1. Oversee scheduling and cost control processes to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
">Quality Assurance and Risk Mitigation:
  1. Implement robust quality assurance and risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.
">Compliance and Stakeholder Management:
  1. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
">Reporting and Communication:
  1. Regularly report on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements to stakeholders.
">">Required Experience & Skills:">
  • Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
  • Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10-25 million range.
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
