About the Role

The Quality Coordinator will be part of our Gladstone Operations team, based on Curtis Island QLD. This role involves coordinating quality turnaround-related works, supporting the QGC Midstream Turnarounds function, and collaborating with the Quality Sponsors, Captains, and Action Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Actively contribute to a positive Quality culture through effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Work with Turnaround Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive plans to achieve Flawless TAR delivery.
  3. Coordinate the management of Flawless delivery from kick off to close out, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Maintain and monitor Quality systems and procedures.
  6. Work with the TAR planner for the completions process of TAR scopes and work packs.
  7. Lead Quality workshops and coordinate Quality training.
  8. Provide updates during the TAR review audit on progress.
  9. Communicate delivery progress to the Turnaround Team and Steering Committee.
  10. Raise Non-Conformance Reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the resources sector in a Quality role.
  • An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits, and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries.
  • A confident user of MS Office Suite, with previous experience working in SAP or Maximo highly regarded.
  • Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting.
  • The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources, and identify cause-effect relationships.
  • A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
