Quality Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations team. This role will see you working Monday to Friday, reporting to the QGC Midstream Turnaround and Campaign Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Culture. Actively communicate and contribute towards a positive Quality culture.
  • Turnaround Improvement Opportunities. Work with Turnaround Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive to implement plans to achieve Flawless TAR delivery.
  • Flawless Delivery Coordination. Coordinate the management of Flawless delivery, from kick off through to close out, working closely with the Quality Sponsors, Captains and Action Owners.
  • Lessons Learnt Management. Coordinate Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholders.
  • Quality Systems Maintenance. Maintain and monitor Quality systems and procedures.
  • TAR Planning. Work with the TAR planner for the completions process of TAR scopes and work packs.
  • Quality Workshops and Training. Lead Quality workshops and coordinate Quality training.
  • Progress Updates. Provide updates during the TAR review audit on progress.
  • Delivery Progress Communication. Communicate delivery progress to the Turnaround Team and Steering Committee.
  • Non-Conformance Reports. Raise Non-Conformance Reports.
Requirements
  • Quality Experience. Previous experience working in the resources sector in a Quality role.
  • Quality Systems Knowledge. An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries.
  • Technical Skills. Confident user of MS Office Suite, with previous experience working in SAP or Maximo (highly regarded).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation and Proactivity. A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting.
  • Information Gathering. The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships.
  • Safety Commitment. A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Australian Citizenship. Proof of right to work in Australia.
