We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages, and a range of home and community services, prioritising the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents.

As a leading aged care provider, we are committed to making a difference in people's lives, and we're seeking an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to join our care team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents, supervising and assisting other care employees, and building relationships with each resident to focus on their health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, and condition assessments.
  2. Supervising and supporting care employees to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  3. Building and fostering partnerships with residents, respecting their dignity, and focusing on their health and wellbeing.
  4. Working within a collaborative team to coordinate and deliver care.

What we look for:

  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.
  • 2+ years previous experience in Aged Care.
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and ACFI will be highly regarded.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An enthusiastic and empathetic approach.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
