Client Portfolio Manager

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned professional to manage an established group of clients and support one of our senior Partners.

As our Client Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of business and high-net-worth clients, handling firm-wide processes, and collaborating with a high-performing Partner and two senior team members.

  • Manage your own portfolio of business and high-net-worth clients
  • Handle firm-wide ASIC statements, debtors, SMSF queries, and Xero reports
  • Prepare engagement letters, compliance packs, and ATO documentation
  • Take ownership of XPM jobs and weekly admin processes
  • Act as a key contact for clients - professional, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Partner and two senior team members

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years in a CSA/CSM role in a boutique accounting firm
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio with minimal supervision
  • Strong XPM capability and experience with CAS360
  • Familiarity with NowInfinity and ATO Mate is a bonus
  • You know how to handle ASIC admin, SMSF queries, and client expectations
  • You're proactive, polished, and proud of the quality you bring and service you provide
