Senior Tax Adviser Role

Lead complex tax matters and contribute to market-leading deals across various industries.

We are seeking talented tax professionals to join our team in Melbourne. Our clients require expert advice on strategic tax issues, transaction structuring, and due diligence. As a senior associate, you will work closely with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic tax guidance for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Structure and execute transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects.
  • Collaborate with lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and ability to motivate others.
  • Experience in M&A transactions and structuring.
  • Confidence in working directly with clients on complex tax and deal issues.
