Engineering Project Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners to drive project success.
  • Develop and manage project scopes objectives and technical feasibility assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive issue resolution.

The successful candidate will take ownership of project planning execution and completion ensuring efficiency compliance and the highest standards of quality.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position requiring strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans managing budgets and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management ideally within engineering manufacturing or infrastructure projects.

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A degree in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronic or Civil Engineering.
  • Formal Project Management training.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and operational performance requirements.
