Are you a motivated leader looking for a new challenge?

As Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
  • Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Building strong relationships with team members and promoting a positive work culture
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail, strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. You will be confident, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
