  • To provide exceptional customer service by replenishing hospital stock areas.

Responsibilities">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer/patient service by maintaining adequate hospital imprest levels.
  • Acting as a valued member of the team by promoting a positive work culture, communicating and offering help to colleagues and liaising with other staff as required to create a positive experience.
  • Demonstrating professional practice by working according to company policies and processes, code of conduct.
  • Maintaining standards of customer service and ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.
  • Supporting company safety and quality improvement initiatives and achieving accreditation by actively participating in department meetings, audits and quality activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.
Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous supply chain experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in all areas of supply including ordering and receipting of medical goods, inventory management and management of hospital imprest levels with hospital unit managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to work independently and within a team.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Professional conduct when dealing with internal customers, external suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain safety standards and adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
