About the Role

The Logistics Administrator will provide support to the logistics function of the NSW warehouse while maintaining a customer-centric focus to support and partner with the sales team to maximize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process all orders and credits, including ship confirmation, invoice printing, and preparation of run sheets and manifests.
  2. Process all regional orders with specific transport provider requirements, including labeling freight.
  3. Process all credits and returns accurately.
  4. Manage key tasks to ensure KPIs are met.
  5. Run and complete stocktakes, inventory management, and receipt of inbound stock.
  6. Maintain a customer-centric focus and keep the customer at the center of all activities.
  7. Contribute to a safe work environment by working safely and in accordance with procedures.

About You

Previous warehousing experience within the FMCG sector is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency when dealing with daily demands. A current forklift license is considered desirable.
