Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Land Director in managing all land acquisition and applications as part of our Development strategy.

The successful candidate will lead on the identification, initial research, and appraisals of new sites, focusing on negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and agents.

A key aspect of this role is to have strong commercial acumen to assess project feasibility by liaising with internal teams on benchmarking, costing, and terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High commercial awareness
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, planning, and workload management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Confidence in leading presentations and group meetings
  • Vision, commitment, and enthusiasm for change
  • An influential character with strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and perseverance during challenging negotiations
  • Degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Real Estate, Town Planning, Urban Planning, etc.
