Financial Account Manager

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling financial accounts.
- Account Receivable Management: Monitor and track accounts receivable aging, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to minimize overdue payments.
- Financial Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to billing, payment processing, and supplier relationships.
- Invoice Processing: Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, enabling them to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: Strong communication skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving is crucial for identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the organization.
This is a full-time role with flexible hours from 6.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Qualifications- Professional Certification: Relevant professional certifications or designations, such as CPA or CMA, are highly desirable.
- Relevant Experience: The successful candidate will have prior experience in financial accounting, management, or a related field.
