Our team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide quality care to our customers in their homes and within the community.

The role involves engaging with customers to help them live independently, providing domestic assistance, personal care, social support, and community access.

To succeed in this position, you will have:

- excellent communication skills to maintain professional boundaries with customers and their families

- time management skills to work within designated timeframes

- adaptability to unexpected changes due to customer and rostering requirements

- an open and enthusiastic manner with a commitment to working with people living with disabilities

- a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually

- availability to work days, nights and weekends

Required qualifications include:

- minimum Cert III in Disability, Cert III in Aged Care, or Cert III in Individual Support

- minimum 12 months experience in the sector

- your own fully comprehensively insured reliable vehicle

- a valid NSW driver's licence (PS accepted)

- an NDIS Worker Screening Number

- a current Working With Children Check for employment

- current First Aid and CPR certificates

- Medicare Immunisation Certificate showing COVID vaccinations

- certification for NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
