About the Role

Lead a new landmark accommodation project from concept to completion, overseeing all stages of delivery.

  • Manage design development, consultant coordination, procurement strategies, and construction interfaces to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to guarantee quality, program, and budget outcomes.

Key skills:

  • 7-12 years' experience in project delivery, preferably with a developer or builder.
  • Proven track record delivering Class 2 residential or accommodation projects with a similar scope and scale.
  • Strong understanding of design, procurement, and construction methodology, including lean delivery principles.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, taking on multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Driven, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
