Remote Medical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to join our team as a Remote Medical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients remotely through various digital channels.
Job Summary:
As a Remote Medical Nurse Specialist, you will be working with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals to provide expert nursing advice and support. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: conducting remote consultations with patients, assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring continuity of care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with experience in emergency and triage trained environments being highly desirable. You will also require strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
