Job Overview
We are seeking an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within the centre.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and strategic marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
- Mentor and support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
