About Mytra's Robotics Solutions
We're pioneering a revolutionary approach to material handling and storage, leveraging robotics and software to transform the industry. Our focus lies in addressing the supply chain challenges stemming from e-commerce growth, rising costs, and supply chain disruptions.
Job OverviewMytra seeks an experienced engineer to lead integration and operations for prototype warehouse robotics installations.
As a Robotics Systems Integration Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority for diagnosing issues and maintaining operational systems. This role combines technical expertise with operations and project management to drive the development of a large robotics fleet.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal prototype installation operations, ensuring systems are operational, maintained, and available for testing and development.
- Investigate system failures across the full stack, performing rapid diagnosis and reporting issues to responsible engineers.
- Mentor field engineering teams in commissioning and operational procedures, serving as a high-level technical contact across multiple deployment sites.
- Verify system performance under operational conditions, stress-testing hardware and software integration to identify potential failure modes before customer deployment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting, preferably in autonomous systems, industrial automation, or aerospace applications.
- Proven experience managing systems that support development teams, including uptime maintenance, scheduling work windows, and ensuring system availability for testing.
- Deep expertise in multi-domain system integration, understanding dependencies between mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software subsystems.
- Rapid diagnosis ability under pressure, with proven ability to systematically isolate failure modes in complex systems with minimal documentation or support.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, CAN bus analyzers, and Linux-based debugging utilities.
- Experience with prototype system operations, including experimental hardware configurations and iterative development processes.
- Effective communication of technical findings to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, coordinating maintenance schedules and system availability.
- Comfortable with domestic travel for on-site support escalations and technical consultation.
- Uncertainty is not intimidating, and you're willing to realize mistakes and adapt.
- Ambitious and open to new ideas, with a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn.
At Mytra, we value collaboration, open communication, and collective problem-solving. We encourage applicants who share these values and are eager to contribute to our dynamic team environment.
