Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bar professional to join our service team in a busy restaurant in Cronulla. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for mixing cocktails, making coffees, and maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing cocktails with experience and working at a fast pace
  • Making coffees and ensuring the bar is clean and in working order
  • Working effectively as part of a team or independently
  • Meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Holding NSW RSA certification
  • Aged 18 years old+
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
