Sydney is set to witness the emergence of a sophisticated new cocktail bar, situated in the heart of the Porter House building. This exciting venue will specialise in crafted cocktails, premium wines and late-night hospitality.

The opening team at See See Bar Sydney is seeking charismatic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and service. As a Casual Bar Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve an array of craft cocktails, spirits and wines
  • Deliver outstanding bar service in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in maintaining stock, cleanliness and set-up
  • Uphold RSA and compliance standards at all times

Requirements:

  • A valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Experience in cocktail bars or high-volume bar environments
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong customer service skills - our number one priority
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Availability for late nights, weekends and public holidays
