Job Title: ICT Technical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Technical Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in delivering technical services that support the success of our organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining, implementing, configuring, and administering ICT systems and infrastructure.

As an ICT Technical Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of system data, completing risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, vulnerability assessments, audits, on new and existing services, systems or projects.

You will also have the opportunity to work with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (administration, mobile device management, Power Apps).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the integrity of system data, incorporating systems backups and recovery, business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Completing risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, vulnerability assessments, audits, on new and existing services, systems or projects.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation, upgrading, and installation of server operating systems and hardware components in accordance with ITIL processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven/demonstrated experience in Microsoft and/or VMWare certification or at least two years' experience administrating enterprise server platforms with specific skills and knowledge in the operation of Microsoft Domains in a dispersed network environment.
  • Experience in Cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 (administration, mobile device management, Power Apps).
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying, defining, and solving technical and operational problems in an information technology support environment.
  • Experience maintaining Server technical infrastructure, including planning and implementing upgrade paths for these systems.
