About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional hospitality services to residents, families, and staff in a residential care setting. You will lead a high-performing team to create a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catering Services: Lead and manage catering services to deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious and varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.
  • Food Service Management: Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and team-oriented environment that supports staff development and high-quality service delivery.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to manage resources efficiently and effectively within budget constraints.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry Services: Ensure housekeeping and laundry services are efficient, effective, and compliant with all policies and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement to enhance the resident experience and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices, including catering, food service management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, supporting colleagues and driving shared goals.
