At the University of South Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Fellow to join our Centre for Workplace Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake research related activities associated with the project titled "Cultivating Systemic Safety to Prevent Workplace Sexual Harassment".

This project sits within the Centre for Workplace Excellence, in partnership with 12 organisations who play an important role in understanding the origins of sexual harassment in the workplace in Australia. As a Research Fellow, you will be responsible for coordinating implementation of the project, including research activities, project governance, and stakeholder relationships.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a PhD qualification in a relevant discipline and demonstrated ability to locate, analyse, compile, and synthesise relevant literature and research data to produce relevant reports. You will also have advanced skills in qualitative research methods and analysis, including conducting interviews and focus groups on sensitive topics.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is between $109,074 and $143,971 per annum (plus 17% superannuation) depending on your experience and qualifications.
