The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Practitioner to join our team in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
This is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, a city with a population of over 30,000 people. As a Medical Practitioner with our organization, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of clinical services, including:
- Aeromedical retrieval
- Telemedicine
- Flying medical clinics
- Indigenous health
Key Responsibilities
- Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
- Minimum of five years of postgraduate experience
- Significant experience in emergency medicine, anaesthesia, and acute paediatrics
- Ability to independently manage critically ill and injured patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ACEM/ANZCA/CICM/FACRRM or FRACGP or equivalent qualifications
