Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, CRM, and Sensei Project Portfolio Management to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure business solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing integrations between systems, developing and maintaining automation, workflows, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.

  • Integration Expertise: Manage and optimize integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and CRM.
  • Automation Specialist: Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Solution Designer: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • System Performance Monitor: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.

You will also be responsible for maintaining system documentation, configuration records, and integration diagrams to support governance and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will work with external vendors and internal teams to deliver new features, upgrades, and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Proven experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Sensei Integration: Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Power Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • System Integration: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
  • Custome Development: Proficient in custom development for Dynamics 365, including plug-ins, scripts, and form customizations.
